HP GiveAway...I wanna win!!!

Here’s the thing. Do I really need 4 new computers a shiny printer and a kick ass panda movie? Probably not. Do I want them. Heck Yeah!!!

See I have this person I know (AN ARMY SOLDIER) that is constantly getting stationed overseas...missing out on his family and children...(my GodBabies)...he's been over there more than over here...and well doesn't get to talk to his family alot...long lines...bad phone service...you know how it is over there...and well I'd love to win this for him so he could talk to his family. He could definitely use a computer...which he doesn't have...but could use over there if he had one.

I don't want to be selfish but his wife would get one and well then I could talk to her and not miss out on my GodBabies and they wouldn't miss out on their GodBabies here at our house...plus my daughters are best friends with her daughters...and we would love for them to be able to stay update with each other through pictures and such!!! Wouldn't that be super great? We haven't seen them but 1 time in 3 years...1 time!!! And that was because this wonderful soldier had a death in the family and got Red Cross leave from over there and had 1 week to say goodbye to his dad...his hero...if he would have had a computer...since his sister has one...he could have talked to his dad before this happened well alot more...than waiting to use the bad service phones for 2 minutes before it quit.

So we don't want this soldier to miss out on his kids and family, Do we? We dont want them to miss out on their Godbabies, Do we? I don't want to have to miss out on my GodBabies, Do I? Most certainly not!!! So that is why I hope to God I can win this Giveaway and make a soldier life alittle easier...

Keeping in touch is so important for morale, both at home and away.

Good luck to you and your Godbabies!

It is so important for soldiers and others serving overseas to know how much we support them.
Do you already know about the MailOurMilitary service? Is his name on the list?? Blessings to him and his family.

I'm sure your friend would appreciate how much you are thinking of him and his family right now - good luck to you in the contest!

Our soldiers give so much. And yet so little is done for them to help them stay connected. That would be a great way to spread the magic.

My aunt is an Army Chaplin. She purchased a laptop that broke right when she got to Iraq. She relied on others who had laptops to email us when she could. It was a horrible 18 months for her and she saw the worst being the chaplin. A laptop for a Soldier would be such a wonderful think!

What a great thing to do with the computers if you win. Touching lives, changing them, one at a time. If we all did that, when we could, everyone would have someone watching over them!

Isn't it amazing how much soldiers sacrifice on our behalf. So nice of you to think of your friend for this contest.

I feel ur pain. My baby brother left for the Middle East yesterday. I haven't seen him since he was 15 & he's got a baby girl I've never seen.
Good luck to us both b/c I'd love to give him a laptop if I win this thing!

I love how you're working to keep connections strong, especially in a family that's not your own, and that has made great sacrifices for their country. You have a huge heart...of gold!!!
